Overview

An early-stage, pre/Series A B2B AI startup seeking a strategic and hands-on SVP of Sales to lead our growth across the Americas. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for scaling revenue, building and developing a lean but high-performing sales team, and driving market expansion through both direct and channel sales.

You’ll work side-by-side with the Chief Revenue Officer and collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success to craft and execute go-to-market strategies that establish us as a category leader.

In Short

  • Build and own the sales strategy for the Americas, aligned with our aggressive growth goals
  • Lead and scale a small, entrepreneurial sales team—hiring, coaching, and empowering top performers
  • Drive end-to-end revenue generation: outbound strategy, pipeline creation, forecasting, and closing
  • Partner cross-functionally to align product positioning, marketing campaigns, and GTM strategy
  • Identify and grow strategic accounts while expanding into new verticals and regions
  • Cultivate and manage key partner/channel relationships to increase reach and impact
  • Attend major trade shows and industry events to evangelize our offering and generate pipeline

Requirements

  • Proven track record in B2B sales leadership roles
  • Experience in scaling sales teams in a startup environment
  • Strong understanding of sales strategy and revenue generation
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Ability to analyze market data and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Experience in managing channel partnerships
  • Willingness to travel for trade shows and industry events
