Overview

The Director of Sales, Critical Infrastructure Solutions will represent, present, demonstrate, negotiate and sell Spok’s Critical Infrastructure solutions to new customers, prospects, consultants, and business partners, focusing on new business and enterprise deals in the Non-Healthcare Critical Infrastructure vertical.

In Short

  • Maintain accuracy of the sales pipeline in Salesforce.
  • Develop and maintain consultative sales relationships with key buying influences.
  • Demonstrate the company’s solution and service portfolio.
  • Attend tradeshows and conferences.
  • Respond to RFP/RFI’s and lead pricing discussions.
  • Exceed Annual Booking Targets.
  • Increase revenue and market share.
  • Develop relationships with consultants and internal resources.
  • Collaborate on a sales playbook for the facilities space.
  • Travel up to 50% as required.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of direct sales experience.
  • Proficiency in managing complex sales cycles.
  • History of large enterprise sales over $200,000.
  • Active contacts with industry executives.
  • Experience with CRM and forecasting tools.
  • Understanding of clinical workflow in healthcare.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Knowledge of PBX, CTI, VoIP, and emergency notification systems.
  • High level of product knowledge in critical communications.
  • Ability to travel.
