Overview

The ServiceNow ITOM Consultant will be responsible for implementing and optimizing IT operations management solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

• Certified ServiceNow ITOM Consultant.
• Location: California (Remote).
• Hands-on experience with Event Management, Discovery, Service Mapping, Cloud Management, and Operational Intelligence.
• Strong knowledge of CMDB, integrations (APIs, MID Servers), and ITIL processes.
• Ability to configure ITOM modules, automate workflows, and optimize IT operations.
• 5+ years in ServiceNow ITOM implementation.
• Ideal candidate should have a CIS-ITOM certification preferred.
• Work remotely while collaborating with teams.

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow ITOM.
• ServiceNow ITOM certification (CIS-ITOM preferred).
• Strong experience with Event Management and Discovery.

• Ability to work in a remote environment.
