Overview

The Boeing Company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Global Talent Management Senior Manager to support our Engineering Test and Technology (ET&T) and Corporate Functions business units. This role involves developing and implementing talent management strategies that align with business objectives and foster a high-performance culture.

• Lead communication and execution of key Global Talent Management strategies.

• Act as a voice of the functions in GTM strategy.

• Drive practices deeper in the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in human resources.
• 5+ years of experience working with executives on strategic goals.
• 3+ years of experience managing direct reports.
• Experience developing talent management strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or related field preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience as an HR Generalist or Manager.
