Overview

The Regional Director, East will manage a team of 4-8 Account Executives. Ideal candidates will have hired and managed high-performing teams at an early-stage company focused on SaaS-based cybersecurity solutions.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans to achieve regional revenue targets.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to grow the skillset of the sales team.
  • Foster a positive environment promoting core values.
  • Conduct performance reviews and implement development plans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
  • Address client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Serve as a point of escalation for critical accounts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on sales campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate forecast and monitor sales performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 10+ years of sales experience.
  • 2+ years leading a sales team.
  • Proven experience in sales management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Customer-first mentality.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior cybersecurity experience & SaaS-based solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
