Overview

As Strategic Publisher Development, your role is to promote Sparteo's growth by establishing, managing, and expanding strategic partnerships with top-tier web publishers and networks in the Middle East region.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aimed at meeting or exceeding established revenue targets.
• Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities within the digital advertising sector.
• Execute the full sales cycle, including lead generation, prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and managing contract finalization.
• Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
• Understand client needs and propose tailored monetization strategies.
• Position Sparteo as a leader in platform monetization.
• Represent Sparteo at industry events to enhance visibility.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide feedback to improve Sparteo’s monetization offerings.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a high-performance sales culture.

Requirements

• Proven experience (3+ years) in publisher development, business development, or sales within AdTech.
• Technical knowledge of programmatic advertising solutions.
• Strong relationship management skills with C-level stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication skills to present and negotiate effectively.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and proactive approach.
• Solid understanding of the Middle East digital publishing landscape.
