As an IT Support Specialist at Sparteo, your mission is to ensure the seamless operational efficiency of Sparteo’s technical environment. You will provide top-tier support to our teams globally, anticipating problems to ensure our scale-up pace never slows down.

In Short

• Oversee the deployment, maintenance, and security of hardware.
• Manage IT inventory and stock.
• Prepare and manage employee onboarding and offboarding from a technical standpoint.
• Manage software licensing and SaaS access.
• Provide on-site technical support when necessary.
• Act as the primary point of contact for technical escalations.
• Create documentation and self-help guides.
• Implement IT automation to reduce manual support tasks.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and data protection standards.
• Monitor system performance and manage hardware inventory.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of macOS environments and SaaS administration.
• Experience with MDM tools, ideally Jamf.
• User-centric approach with a service mindset.
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-moving environment.
• Fluent in English and French.
