Overview

SWBC is seeking a talented individual to perform functions of customer service associated with answering and resolving phone inquiries from borrowers, contractors, insurance companies, and third parties regarding the processing of loss drafts.

In Short

  • Resolve inbound service calls regarding loss drafts.
  • Research and verify information to assist customers.
  • Document call activity in the Loss Draft Tracking system.
  • Set up processing tasks like property inspections and disbursement requests.
  • Utilize de-escalation skills for upset callers.
  • Minimum of three years of call center or related experience required.
  • Mortgage insurance experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to attend on-the-job training.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Experience in high-level data entry and customer service.
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems.
  • Familiarity with general office machines.
  • Ability to sit for long periods while answering calls.
  • Must be able to lift and carry files up to 20 lbs.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and professionalism.
  • Ability to follow instructions and established procedures.
  • Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work overtime and flexible hours.
