GAP Claims Adjuster - Remote

Overview

SWBC is seeking a talented individual to investigate, evaluate, and negotiate auto claims, CPI and GAP, to determine the extent of liability by interpreting and calculating settlement.

In Short

• Investigate and evaluate auto claims.
• Negotiate CPI and GAP claims.
• Issue settlement payments to the Named Insured.
• Calculate claim proceeds based on Master Policy coverage.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of documentation.
• Maintain claims management diary for prompt handling.
• Produce claim activity reports for management.
• Work in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with a winning team.
• Provide World Class Service to customers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Texas Property & Casualty License required.
• Able to type 45 WPM.
• Ability to perform sedentary activities for long periods.
• Self-starter with sound judgment.
