Data Integrity Representative - Remote

Overview

The Data Integrity Representative at SWBC is responsible for performing in-line quality control by reviewing, researching, and verifying insurance updates and payments on escrow loans, ensuring accuracy and adherence to procedures.

• Perform quality control on insurance updates and escrow payments.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum two years of data entry or related experience.
• Experience in insurance, mortgage, or banking preferred.
• Knowledge of mortgage escrow accounts or homeowners insurance.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service skills.
• Able to type 35 WPM accurately.
• Able to lift 10-20 lbs. of documents.
• Ability to sit for long periods while performing duties.
