Overview

SWBC is seeking a talented individual to enter, verify, research, review, and update pertinent insurance data into the computer system to reflect the most current/accurate information.

In Short

• Enter and verify insurance data into the system.
• Make payments to insurance companies.
• Conduct outbound calls to clarify information.
• Research and correct data discrepancies.
• Review insurance documents for accuracy.
• Disburse insurance premiums manually.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum two years of data entry or customer service experience.
• Basic understanding of mortgage escrow accounts or homeowners insurance.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
• Able to sit for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Able to work flexible hours.
• Adaptable to change and able to multi-task.
