Overview

The main purpose of the role is to accelerate the presence of SoundOff Signal in specified territory by designing and implementing a strategic sales and marketing plan.

In Short

  • Responsible for achieving Territory Sales Plan.
  • Identify, qualify and pursue specified sales targets and goals.
  • Direct Independent and distribution Sales Representatives in the territory.
  • Manage prospecting activity within territory.
  • Responsible for market demand for SOI products within territory.
  • Recommend new product enhancements to support ongoing innovation.
  • Ability to travel regionally up to 70% including some weekend work.
  • Demonstrate SoundOff Signal’s Core Values in daily interactions.
  • Perform job consistently without excessive absenteeism.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Business or Marketing field.
  • 7 years Sales experience.
  • Experience with manufacturing business required.
  • Excellent organization, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong conceptual thinking/problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with SalesForce is a plus.
  • Must maintain a valid driver’s license.
  • Able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent customer and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate sales strategies.
