District Sales Manager - Remote

Overview

Cornerstone Building Brands is looking to hire a highly motivated sales professional for the position of District Sales Manager in the Mid-Atlantic territory.

In Short

• Responsible for profitable growth and market development in the territory.
• Direct sales to sub-contractors, general contractors & roofing contractors.
• Develops and implements market plans including customer analysis and revenue goals.
• Comprehensive understanding of all products and systems offered by Cornerstone Building Brands.
• Collaborates with internal departments to optimize customer experience.
• Requires 50-70% travel in the market.

Requirements

• College degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of proven sales/marketing or sales management experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Building Materials.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of construction processes.
• Ability to analyze market conditions and develop strategic responses.
• Must be able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
