Overview

Cornerstone Building Brands is looking to hire a highly motivated sales professional for the position of District Sales Manager in Oklahoma.

In Short

• Responsible for profitable growth and market development of the territory.
• Develops and implements market plans including customer analysis and revenue goals.
• Comprehensive understanding of all products and systems offered by the company.
• Collaborates with internal departments to optimize customer experience.
• Ability to work with Operating Systems.
• 2+ years of proven sales/marketing or sales management experience.
• Experience in Building Materials is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for maintaining positive relationships.
• Must understand construction processes and architectural plans.
• 50-70% travel required in market.

Requirements

• College degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of sales/marketing or sales management experience.
• Experience in Building Materials preferred.
• Ability to analyze market conditions and develop strategic responses.
• Strong understanding of drafting, estimating, and inside sales.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Must coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
