As a First Level Application Supporter, you are the first point of contact for our customers and play a central role in the company. You solve technical questions, clarify challenges, and ensure that our customers receive the best possible support in the mySORBA software – by phone, in writing, and via TeamViewer. In doing so, you will learn our innovative ERP solutions from the ground up.

In Short

  • Support external customers with our ERP application in the technical area (order processing, performance recording, and resource management, etc.)
  • Receive support requests and prioritize accordingly
  • Independently clarify the problem with the customer
  • Gather necessary information for problem analysis
  • Solve problems via phone and remote access at the end customer
  • Ongoing information exchange between customers and internal departments

Requirements

  • Completed commercial or technical training
  • Strong service and customer orientation (1st and 2nd Level Support)
  • Customer focus, resilience, and professional appearance
  • German at native speaker level, French/Italian advantageous
  • First experience in IT support or helpdesk advantageous
