Overview

The Director, Community Partnerships, is responsible for the performance and growth of the organization’s community partnerships portfolio, focusing on identifying, cultivating, and securing new community partners to support the organization’s mission.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in business development or community partnerships.
  • Experience in nonprofit or community engagement environments.
  • Demonstrated success in securing donors or sponsors.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work with data sets and gain insights.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Experience with CRM platforms preferred.
  • Strong planning and time management skills.
  • Networking skills and a consultative approach to sales.
  • Empathy and resilience in building relationships.
