Soleo Health is seeking a Director, Sales Training and Development to lead the design and execution of a comprehensive training strategy that enhances the effectiveness, performance, and growth of our national sales organization within the specialty pharmacy and infusion space. In Short

• Design and implement a comprehensive sales training strategy.
• Lead the development and execution of the Company’s Sales University training program.
• Coordinate and facilitate Sales University sessions and training events.
• Oversee ongoing training initiatives to enhance field performance.
• Manage the Company’s Sales Fellowship Program.
• Develop engaging training content across multiple learning formats.
• Evaluate training program outcomes and recommend improvements.
• Utilize a Learning Management System (LMS) for training management.
• Collaborate with leadership on sales development initiatives.
• Maintain deep knowledge of specialty pharmacy services and market trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in sales training or sales enablement.
• Proven experience designing and delivering sales training programs.
• Strong knowledge of specialty pharmacy and complex healthcare selling.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Familiarity with disease states and payer dynamics preferred.
• Experience supporting national or multi-regional sales teams.
