Field Service Engineer - Florida - Remote

Overview

The Field Service Engineer is responsible for providing on-site customer support for SolarEdge products installed in the field, focusing on troubleshooting and technical support.

• Provide troubleshooting support for SolarEdge products.
• Develop solutions for product issues and customer inquiries.
• Engage with customers to maintain relationships and provide training.
• Document all customer interactions in CRM software.
• Travel extensively to provide on-site support and service.

Requirements

• Preferred degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of PV system regulatory codes.
• 2+ years of technical experience, including customer-facing roles.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to travel more than 70% of the time.
• Familiarity with SolarEdge products is a plus.
• Spanish proficiency is beneficial.
