Sales Support Coordinator - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a full time Sales Support colleague located in Haverhill, UK to provide commercial support to the Northern European Sales team covering the customer base in the Taste team categories which incorporate the IFF’s portfolio of flavors.

In Short

• Be the first point of contact for customers, agents, distributors for commercial matters.
• Coordinate communications between customers, agents, distributors, and IFF departments.
• Manage projects for customers and ensure timely replies to inquiries.
• Prepare quotes/prices and request specifications using internal systems.
• Ensure accurate usage and maintenance of IFF and SAP systems.
• Track ordering and progress of samples and documentation.
• Support Account/Sales Managers in customer visits and communications.
• Provide cross-category support for Flavors Sales.
• Maintain data integrity and confidentiality.
• Work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business studies or equivalent.
• Prior experience in customer service or sales service department.
• Significant experience with SAP in customer service and logistics.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive, results-driven, and customer service-focused.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Able to meet deadlines consistently.
• Ability to learn quickly and work with IT systems.
• Respect for sensitive and confidential information.
