Overview

The candidate will provide support to the Pilot Plant Manager and Application Specialists in the Bakery, Bars and Confectionery Category, based in the Cape Town application facility.

• Support Pilot Plant Manager and Application Specialists.
• Prepare and weigh raw materials based on recipes.
• Monitor shelf life of raw materials.
• Conduct baking trials of various baked goods.
• Analyze products using scientific equipment.
• Prepare samples and conduct tastings.
• Assist with customer presentations.
• Maintain hygiene standards in the pilot plant.
• Perform day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Communicate with other departments to fulfill tasks.
