Overview

The Analyst, People Operations role involves managing employee inquiries and providing HR support in a hybrid work environment.

In Short

• Manage inbound queries from IFF employees via the Ticket Service System.
• Provide consistent and accurate HR support using the knowledge base.
• Educate employees and managers on HR resources and self-service tools.
• Maintain and update employee data in HRIS systems.
• Create and manage employee documentation and personnel files.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders for problem resolution.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with HR systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (preferred).
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in HR or customer contact centers is a plus.
• Able to manage high volumes of inquiries accurately.
