People Operations Analyst - Remote

Overview

The People Operations Analyst is responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all employee-lifecycle data entered into ADP Workforce Now. By combining meticulous data management with a continuous-improvement mindset, the incumbent will strengthen data integrity, support the employee lifecycle, and streamline core HR processes. This role also administers human resources programs, policies and practices in a service center HR model. Maintains detailed knowledge of HR service areas and answers employee inquiries pertaining to HR programs, processes, procedures and communications. Ensures HRIS data is accurate and complete for reporting metrics and analytics.

• Own the onboarding process after offer acceptance through the first day.
• Process employment changes such as promotions and personal information edits.
• Manage the offboarding workflow from the HRIS standpoint.
• Field day-to-day employee questions about policies and benefits.
• Maintain records related to human resources activities.
• Responsible for implementation and maintenance of HRIS information.
• Maintain internal database files and develop custom reports.
• Work with payroll to coordinate retrieval and reporting functions.
• Serve as HR liaison to IT function.
• Analyze, format and report on HR trends and data insights.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in HR Shared Services, Operations or HRIS required.
• ADP WFN experience required.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent technical knowledge related to HR metrics and analysis.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Expert knowledge in using Excel (formulas, vlookups, pivots).
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
