Overview

The Packaging Team Leader at IFF will be responsible for overseeing production operations at the Epernon site, focusing on the production of lactic bacteria for dairy and probiotic markets.

• Organize teams and resources based on production planning.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and food safety standards.
• Coordinate maintenance operations and resolve issues.
• Document critical values for each produced lot.
• Work closely with production technicians and coordinators.
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
• Identify training needs and implement necessary actions.
• Update and analyze production performance indicators.
• Manage consumable needs for the team.
• Participate in documentation and support revisions.

Requirements

• Experience in food, chemical, or pharmaceutical industries (5-10 years).
• Bac+2 in Bio/Biotech or related fields.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Word and Excel.
• Team-oriented with a proactive approach to improvements.
• Basic English is a plus.
