As a Team Leader at TaskUs, you will manage a team dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences while driving performance and development.

In Short

Requirements

  • At least two years of relevant Team Leader experience in outsourcing or a similar company.
  • Minimum one year experience supporting a financial campaign.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Above-average technical know-how.
  • Experience in phone, email, and live chat customer support roles.
  • Familiarity with e-Commerce and CRM tools like ZenDesk.
  • Flexibility to work on different shifts.
