Overview

As a Quality Analyst at TaskUs, you will be responsible for observing and reporting on business performance, performing audits, and identifying areas for improvement to enhance overall client satisfaction.

• Conduct audits on calls and interactions for quality assurance.

Requirements

• Proficient in B2/C1 English and Ukrainian.
• Graduate of any course preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a quality analyst.
• Basic skills in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with quality tools like cause and effect diagrams.
• Strong customer centricity and feedback skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and conflict management abilities.
• Ability to work with a diverse team.
• Demonstrates initiative and good judgment.
