Overview

As a Quality Analyst at TaskUs, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of service provided by performing audits and providing feedback to improve processes and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with quality tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage conflicts
  • Ability to work on multiple projects
  • Demonstrates initiative and good judgment
