Operator - Remote

Overview

The Operator role involves monitoring and operating equipment on the production/packaging line in a 24/7 manufacturing environment, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

In Short

• Monitor and operate production equipment.
• Comply with company policies on Quality, Safety, and Food Safety.
• Make minor mechanical adjustments as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and logs.
• Assist co-workers and cover shifts when necessary.
• Work 12-hour night shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule.
• Wear safety equipment and adhere to safety protocols.
• Lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Communicate effectively in English.
• Previous experience in food manufacturing is preferred.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic computer skills for safety training.
• Experience in a food manufacturing/GMP environment preferred.
• Fork-lift experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and solve problems efficiently.
• Physical ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting equipment.
• Strong time management skills.
