Overview

The Sales Support Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the CRM and sales database, assisting in sales reporting, providing administrative support to the sales team, and coordinating sales events.

  • Coordinate Sales Events including logistics and registrations.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy in sales records.
  • Provide regular updates on sales metrics.
  • Organize transcriptions and AI-driven summaries of meetings.
  • Handle other role-specific duties as they arise.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales databases.
  • Ability to prepare and analyze sales reports.
  • Proficiency in administrative tasks and support.
  • Experience in coordinating events and logistics.
