Director of Behavioral Health - Remote

Overview

Solace is transforming healthcare by ensuring every patient who wants a health advocate can access one. As we scale, we're seeking an exceptional Director of Behavioral Health to build and lead a new behavioral health service line that will significantly expand our impact for patients who need integrated mental health support.

In Short

• Lead the end-to-end development of Solace's behavioral health service.
• Create compelling business cases for behavioral health services.
• Write evidence-based clinical protocols and operational workflows.
• Design staffing models and build a world-class team.
• Develop and implement clinical quality frameworks.
• Own service performance post-launch, analyzing data for improvements.
• Maintain direct clinical work to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements

• LCSW, PhD, or PsyD with clean licensure history.
• Minimum 5 years of active clinical practice and 3 years of leading clinical services.
• Strong preference for candidates with MBA or equivalent business experience.
• Prior experience developing new clinical service lines strongly preferred.
• Ability to build from scratch and manage multiple priorities.
• Genuine passion for improving behavioral health access and outcomes.
