Requirements

• Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD/PsyD) or Master’s-level clinician (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC).
• 7+ years post-licensure experience.
• Experience in pediatric ADHD assessment and treatment.
• 3+ years of managing clinical teams.
• Proven operational problem-solving skills.
• Empathy balanced with accountability.
• Comfortable in fast-changing environments.
• Collaborative and tech-savvy.
• Equipped for secure remote work.
• Bonus: Based in the Bay Area for monthly in-person team days.
