Project Manager - Remote

Overview

SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a Project Manager. We need a true, experienced and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.

In Short

• Establish long-term partnerships with technical/business units, partners, clients.
• Organize and manage 1-2 studios/teams simultaneously.
• Manage multiple projects related to cross-team and client-specific feature delivery.
• Establish and track project plans and progress reports.
• Build delivery plans with estimations on timeframes, quality, and budget.
• Take end-to-end responsibility for project delivery.
• Act as a single point of responsibility for delivery-related matters.
• Ensure proper software development processes and engineering standards.
• Provide stakeholders with data for decision-making on releases.
• Mentor other project/delivery managers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project/delivery management for IT.
• Wide experience in managing software delivery organizations.
• Strong knowledge of Agile software development methodologies.
• Good knowledge of software engineering practices.
• Good knowledge and skills in risk management.
• Strong experience in dependencies coordination.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Good experience in software delivery and feature support.
• Strong knowledge of servant leadership principles.
• Good skills in stakeholder relationships management.
• B2 or higher English proficiency.
