We’re seeking a skilled and dynamic Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of advanced AI, data, and digital transformation solutions. As a key player in our interdisciplinary teams, you will guide the execution of data-driven projects from ideation to deployment, collaborating with data scientists, engineers, business strategists, and client stakeholders. Your role will ensure the seamless integration of tech solutions that solve complex business challenges and deliver measurable outcomes for clients.

In Short

• Lead and manage the delivery of client projects, ensuring high-quality execution within agreed timelines and budgets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, ensuring alignment between client objectives and technical delivery.
• Work closely with growth, client engagement, and technical solutions teams to create innovative solutions that meet client needs.
• Oversee the development of data-driven strategies that address business challenges and lead to sustainable, impactful solutions.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables using Agile methodologies, adapting to changing client needs and project dynamics.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment that encourages learning and growth.
• Contribute to the development of best practices, methodologies, and proprietary tools within the team and the broader organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience, ideally within a technology or consulting environment.
• Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, data analytics, and the application of these technologies to business challenges.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in Agile methodologies is highly desirable.
• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
