Project Manager - Remote

Overview

Capio Group is looking for an experienced Project Manager to provide project management services to the client in support of project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, and closing activities for multiple projects.

In Short

• Full-time employee - Remote
• Salary: $125,000 - $135,000
• Manage large scale enterprise IT projects.
• Facilitate agile and waterfall project management services.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish objectives and roadmaps.
• Implement organizational change management activities.
• Manage project lifecycles from initiation to closure.
• Ensure compliance and regulatory enforcement.
• Leverage project management best practices.
• Act as Scrum Master and facilitate Scrum processes.

Requirements

• 5 years of project management experience in IT.
• 3 years of experience with organizational change management.
• Experience managing projects using Agile and traditional methodologies.
• Current PMP certification required.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM platforms.
• 2 years of experience with MS Project or ServiceNow.
• Experience with agile/scrum project management tools.
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders.
• Ability to manage risks and issues effectively.
• Experience in a Higher Education environment is desirable.
