Overview

SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a Business Account Manager. We need a true, experienced and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values

In Short

  • Manage a portfolio of B2B sportsbook operators, ensuring smooth operations and long-term growth
  • Build strong client relationships, understanding their needs and challenges
  • Serve as the primary contact, facilitating effective communication and contract renewals
  • Work with Technical Account Managers (TAMs) to resolve technical issues and improve the operator experience
  • Ensure operators are updated on new features and best practices
  • Conduct platform audits, identifying and escalating issues
  • Analyze operator performance and provide data-driven recommendations
  • Suggest strategic betting events and optimize sportsbook offerings
  • Drive revenue growth through upselling and ensure timely invoicing
  • Prepare weekly reports on key KPIs, challenges, and opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and improve internal processes

Requirements

  • Knowledge of English at least B2
  • Knowledge of Russian at least B2
  • 2+ years in account management, customer success, or business development
  • Experience with B2B clients/operators is a strong advantage
  • Strong client management, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Data-driven mindset; experience with CRM and analytics tools
  • Problem-solving, multitasking, and ability to work under pressure
  • Upselling and revenue growth experience is a plus
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and team player
