Legal Specialist - Remote

Overview

SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a Legal Specialist.

We need a true, experienced and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.

In Short

• Written and verbal communication with German and Austrian tax consultants and other service providers, document verification, sending comments and questions
• Keeping track of legislative changes in Germany, especially regarding taxes
• Drafting, legal review and analysis of different kind of agreements upon request
• Provision of information/documents upon request
• Updating personal and corporate documents for the companies and their UBOs on a quarterly basis
• Filling out and/or check of various forms (KYC, SOW etc) for the companies and their UBOs upon request
• Organization of signature process for various forms and other documents upon request.

Requirements

• English and German C1
• Russian level: close to native level
• 3+ years of legal practice, preferably in an international company or law firm
• Relevant education
