Integrations Analyst, Merchants & Payments - Remote

Overview

The Integrations Analyst at Soda Health will be responsible for ensuring that merchant partner integrations perform optimally, while collaborating with various teams to validate transaction accuracy across the retail network.

In Short

• Execute rigorous in-store testing across Soda Health’s retail network.
• Create, manage, and execute merchant testing plans.
• Define and implement processes to record and analyze testing results.
• Manage Soda Health’s testing function and provide feedback to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on internal initiatives.
• Up to ~50% travel required for in-person testing.
• Work within a remote-first, distributed team environment.

Requirements

• 1-4 years of experience in retail or e-commerce, with in-store testing experience preferred.
• Ability to create and execute detailed project plans.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Creative problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
