Merchant Operations Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Merchant Operations Analyst will ensure accurate and efficient merchant configurations, integrations, and issue resolution, supporting new and existing merchants by managing technical setup and enhancing the merchant experience.

• Set up and configure merchant programs within the Thanx platform.
• Configure new merchant locations for seamless onboarding.
• Facilitate onboarding for credit card-linked loyalty programs.
• Maintain integrations with POS systems and third-party platforms.
• Diagnose and resolve technical and operational issues.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in operations or technical support.
• Strong problem-solving skills for technical issues.
• Experience with payment processing or POS systems is a plus.
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in tools like JIRA or other ticketing systems is a plus.
