Overview

We are seeking a Principal Solution Consultant, Post-Sales to drive the successful implementation, optimization, and adoption of our platform for enterprise clients. This role is instrumental in ensuring seamless onboarding, delivering tailored solutions, and maximizing client ROI.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in post sales capacity in fraud detection.
• 7+ years of experience in technical implementation.
• Strong expertise in SaaS platforms and API integrations.
• Proven ability to lead enterprise-level implementations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
