In Short

  • Work closely with sales team to close new business.
  • Develop extensive Process Mapping for prospective customers.
  • Manage ongoing development of Process Mapping exercises.
  • Update CRM for relevant departments.
  • Document meetings and inputs for stakeholder use.
  • Perform bespoke demos for prospective customers.
  • Create ROI documentation and business implementation strategies.
  • Drive cross-departmental meetings to share findings.
  • Support the sales team in discovery, validation, and design.
  • Passionate about homes, construction, or home design.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in the homebuilding industry.
  • Heavily developed business and consulting skills.
  • Ability to assess complex situations and develop strategies.
  • Strong customer-facing presentation skills.
  • Proven success in learning new technologies.
  • Experience with AutoCad, BIM, Revit is ideal.
