In Short

• Partner Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with embedded partners, particularly their technical leaders in Product and Engineering.
• Solution Architecture: Develop and articulate compelling solution architectures that leverage our data and analytics platform.
• Technical Guidance: Provide expert technical guidance throughout the partner journey.
• Proof of Concept & Demos: Create and deliver customized proofs of concept and demos.
• Technical Enablement: Contribute to the creation of technical documentation and training materials.
• Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and successful partner outcomes.
• Market Advocacy: Share partner success stories and contribute to thought leadership initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a Solution Architect or similar role.
• Proven experience working with embedded systems and platform integrations.
• Expertise in data warehousing technologies such as Snowflake, Databricks, and ETL tools.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
• Knowledge of the HR technology industry is a plus.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and workshops.
