The Principal Solution Consultant, Post-Sales at Socure plays a critical role in ensuring that customers derive maximum value from our identity verification and fraud prevention solutions, fostering strong relationships and driving customer success.

• Work with leading financial services firms and fintechs to combat fraud.

• Own customer accounts and focus on Net Dollar Retention.
• Foster relationships with key stakeholders in strategic accounts.

• Lead upsell and cross-sell initiatives within existing accounts.
• Ensure adoption of new models and technologies.
• Provide insights on scoring decisions and fraud trends.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams for innovation.
• Manage up to 30% travel as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of professional experience, with 5+ in customer management or sales engineering.
• Experience leading enterprise-level engagements with analytics and technology.
• Ability to negotiate resources and priorities effectively.
• Deep understanding of SaaS sales methodologies.
• Strong communication skills and ability to synthesize complex data.
• Experience in credit/fraud risk management analysis.
• Familiarity with document image capture and OCR tools.
• Knowledge of banking regulations like FCRA, ECOA, GLBA.
• Technical depth in ML/DS technologies and APIs.
