Overview

Socure is on a mission to verify identities in real time and eliminate identity fraud. The Solutions Consultant, Post-Sales will support the onboarding and success of clients using Socure's platform.

In Short

• Assist with onboarding efforts for new clients.
• Support technical integrations and best practices.
• Troubleshoot technical issues during deployment.
• Gather and document client requirements.
• Deliver training sessions to clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams for product improvements.
• Manage multiple client needs effectively.
• Contribute to the creation of documentation.
• Participate in optimization efforts for client experience.
• Provide input on product configurations.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years experience in solution consulting or technical roles.
• Working knowledge of APIs and data integration.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
