Principal Product Manager, Front End and Hosted UX - Remote

Overview

As Socure’s first Principal Product Manager, Front-End & Hosted UX, you will own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for every interface that our customers—and their end users—see and touch.

In Short

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for front-end and Hosted UX.
• Partner closely with the Design team for usability feedback.
• Define market-backed requirements and success metrics.
• Prioritize and ship self-serve experiences.
• Drive go-to-market readiness including packaging and pricing.
• Run experiments to optimize adoption and conversion.
• Translate research insights into product requirements.
• Champion accessibility and performance best practices.
• Facilitate stakeholder design reviews for feedback.
• Maintain and evolve the cross-product design system.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product-management experience.
• Experience with UX-intensive SaaS or consumer-grade products.
• Success in shipping self-serve onboarding flows.
• Strong grasp of user-centered design principles.
• Data-driven mindset with product analytics expertise.
• Excellent communication and influence skills.
• Bonus: experience in identity or fraud domains.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Design, or related field.
