Principal Product Manager - Remote

Overview

As a Principal Product Manager at Caribou, you will own one of three core product domains aimed at helping consumers achieve financial freedom through innovative auto loan solutions.

Requirements

• 8+ years in product management roles, preferably in technology-driven companies.
• Background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA a plus.
• Experience in marketplace businesses and/or fintech/lending strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated track record applying AI to product management.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
• Curiosity and willingness to explore emerging technologies.
• Technical fluency to engage with engineering and data teams.
• Deep user empathy and focus on customer experience.
