The Director, Distribution Operations is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day distribution of rare disease specialty therapies across the United States, Puerto Rico, and Canada, ensuring reliable operations while anticipating and mitigating challenges affecting product availability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10-15 years of experience in distribution operations, with leadership experience in biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven experience with U.S., Puerto Rico, and Canadian distribution models.
• Strong understanding of regulatory environments and requirements.
• Excellent communication skills and experience presenting to executives.
• Ability to work in a matrixed multinational organization.
• Strong leadership and team management experience.
• Expertise in project management and time management.
