Contracts Counsel (Manager) - Remote

Overview

This role will support our growing R&D organization by negotiating and managing a variety of clinical and research-related contracts, including clinical trial agreements, informed consent forms, master services agreements, collaboration agreements, and related documents.

In Short

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of clinical research agreements.
• Advise internal stakeholders on contract terms and compliance.
• Partner closely with Clinical Operations and R&D teams.
• Provide practical legal advice across the clinical contracting lifecycle.
• Support development of contract templates and policies.
• Collaborate with Legal and Compliance colleagues on ad hoc matters.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school.
• 4–6 years of relevant legal experience.
• Direct experience supporting Clinical Operations and R&D teams.
• Strong knowledge of laws governing clinical research.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset.
