Overview

Snowplow is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to play a critical role at the intersection of their customer data infrastructure and emerging Signals ecosystem, showcasing how their unique capabilities can transform digital experiences.

In Short

  • Partner with Account Executives to qualify opportunities and drive technical discovery.
  • Demonstrate Snowplow's capabilities to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Lead technical evaluations and Proof of Concepts for customers.
  • Communicate business impacts of Signals capabilities to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to influence Snowplow’s roadmap.
  • Support broader go-to-market initiatives with technical thought leadership.
  • Significant experience in Sales Engineering or Solutions Architecture, preferably in SaaS.
  • Basic skills in Python, JavaScript, SQL, and event streaming.
  • Understanding of cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Exceptional communication and consultative selling skills.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Solutions Consultant roles.
  • Basic skills with Python, JavaScript, SQL, and event streaming with Kafka and Flink.
  • Understanding of AWS, GCP, and/or Azure cloud services.
  • Technical proficiency in API integrations and SDKs.
  • Working knowledge of LLMs and real-time context injection in agentic applications.
  • Exceptional communication skills to simplify complex concepts.
  • Consultative selling skills for advising and solving customer challenges.
  • Passion for customer experience and AI-powered digital journeys.
