Overview

We are seeking dedicated Customer Support & Sales Specialists to join our client’s growing team in the environmental restoration and pest control industry.

In Short

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients seeking restoration or pest control services.
  • Build strong rapport with clients through warm and empathetic communication.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate services.
  • Provide exceptional customer support throughout the inquiry and sales process.
  • Assist clients with scheduling and follow-up communication.
  • Help drive sales by presenting service options and highlighting value.
  • Update customer information in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless service delivery.
  • Share insights to improve customer experience strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in customer support or sales.
  • Outstanding communication skills with a warm, professional tone.
  • Strong ability to build trust with diverse clients.
  • Patient and compassionate, able to support clients in stressful situations.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
  • Tech-savvy, comfortable using CRM and digital tools.
  • Reliable and self-motivated, able to work independently.
  • Spanish fluency is a plus.
  • Experience mentoring junior team members is a bonus.
