Overview

The Senior Customer Support Specialist will take ownership of customer support-related processes and act as a liaison between Engineering and customers, ensuring high-quality service and support.

Requirements

  • Strong SQL and Linux/Unix knowledge.
  • Experience with query tuning and optimization.
  • Advanced troubleshooting and log analysis skills.
  • Strong customer-facing skills.
  • Technical writing skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with customers.
