Virtual Assistant (Admin, QuickBooks & Customer Support) - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support administrative tasks, customer communication, and basic digital operations.

In Short

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and confidently
• Manage basic QuickBooks tasks (invoicing, records, basic bookkeeping support)
• Perform website updates using WordPress (basic content edits)
• Assist with social media management, primarily Facebook content and updates
• Support general administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Strong command of English — must be clearly audible in a voice note (non-negotiable)
• Experience with QuickBooks
• Basic knowledge of WordPress website updates
• Experience handling social media content, especially Facebook
• At least 1 year of relevant experience (more is a plus, but not required)
• Experience with inbound and outbound calls
